It’s that time again
Our annual trip to the Ontario Science Centre!
On Friday July 19th, the Pixels are hitting up the Science Centre and we want to invite you all to come get enriched on science with us.
We’ll be gathering outside the Science Centre at 9:30 – if you’re coming later, contact someone on the team or tweet at us and we’ll let you know where we are.
Below are some of the exhibits we’re going to be checking out:
Exhibits
- Game On 2.0: An Exhibition
Exhibit spans the full spectrum of video game history and culture with interactive features for everyone. - Game Changer
Explore how games can change the world in this richly interactive exhibit created by University of Waterloo Knowledge Integration students. - Nature Walk
Did you know that the Ontario Science Centre backs on to an urban woodland and wetland?
Bring your walking shoes because Nature walks may be up to 60 minutes in duration, and are over rough ground. - The Question of Truth
Explore points of view through exhibits that challenge beliefs about differences between people and how those beliefs influence science. - Paper Making Demo
See how pulps made from cloth and plants turns into paper!
