We often forget how much time we spend sitting at our battle stations. Surely such prolonged periods of unnatural posture does damage – I’m sure us techies can probably relate to the recurring shoulder, neck, and lower back tension. To remedy our pain and rejuvenate our bodies, we brought in a Yoga instructor to help us feel a little more balanced, both physically and mentally.
After the session, our team and welcomed guests felt relieved and healthy. It was a great balance between challenge and reward. Anyone who gives it a shot will find that through it’s diverse range of poses, you’ll be feeling stronger, more flexible and less compressed in no time.
